Sentiency is a strategic consultancy for global nonprofits and purpose-led organisations, built on the belief that all systems – ecological, human, organisational, and planetary – are alive. They are attuned, responsive, and hold the potential to thrive when tended with care. My work is to breathe life into organisations by helping them remember their “why”, root into structures that nourish their purpose, and align with the larger living systems they are a part of.
This work is not only about improving nonprofit performance, it’s about restoring clarity, coherence, and vitality. It’s about supporting organisations to remember who they are, and to embody the deeper mission they carry.
The organisations I support may work in ocean conservation, women’s empowerment, community upliftment, education, or spiritual ecology. Their missions vary, but the root systems are the same: a desire to serve life, and to do it in a way that is grounded in integrity, reciprocity, and regeneration.
